                Lessons/Classes

Lone Star Yarn does not charge for “In Store” during regular business hours Lessons.

The Calendar has been updated, as best as I can do for now.  Lessons/Project classes are 8-10 am and 2:30-3:30pm  Mon, Tue, Thurs, and Friday. Wednesday there is only afternoon time available. Saturday is 9-10am.

If you are needing help, and not interested in lessons, I ask that you come in after class times.

Now if you are needing after hours, please go ahead and give me a call. I can schedule something around your schedule.  In doing so, I ask for a small donation of $10.00 to help cover the cost of utilities.

I have practice yarn to learn on, for free; and project bundles for purchase, to help improve your skills.

Guest Instructors

Lone Star Yarn will have Guest Instructors. When these classes are offered, the classes, materials, and patterns will need to be scheduled and paid for in advance.

The Guest Instructors set their pricing, and materials needed, which can be purchased here at Lone Star Yarn.

Designed with you in mind.

Lone Star Yarn is designed around the knitting and crocheting community and their needs or wants. As we are still increasing our inventory, please feel free to suggest a Hand Dyer you would like to see products from, or local indie dyers you would like us to host a trunk show for.

We are looking to start Guest Instructed classes in the new year. So get ready for some awesome spring designs to go along with the fresh new colors.

Just so you know, there is still plenty of room in the Consignment area. So if you knit, crochet, cross stitch, embroidery, rug hook, or make anything with yarn/threads or for those of us who do; feel free to stop by.  We offer 80/20 split, 80 goes to designer, and 20 to store. There is special discounts for designers that use our fibers.

I encourage you to contact me with any questions or suggestions you may have at Kris.Murphy@LoneStarYarn.com
