Consignment Agreement

Lone Star Yarn, LLC. is offering space for __________________________, to Display or Sell:

All custom made merchandise for sale are non-refundable and a 30-day selling time frame. All sales are final, any issues that may arise are handled between designer and buyer.

Lone Star Yarn LLC and its employees make no promise nor guarantees on the sale on merchandise. The only guarantee is ALL items will be treated in the same manner as the rest of the store’s inventory, (with care and respect).

The selling week is Thursday- Wednesday with checks paid on Fridays. The consignment split is 80/20, meaning 80% goes to designer and 20% goes to Lone Star Yarn LLC. The 20% will pay for taxes, posting merchandise on Lone Star Yarn’s website, and allow a link to designers personal website.

If the designer creates an item to be sold within Lone Star Yarn using yarn purchased from Lone Star Yarn, then the designer will receive a 30% coupon to be used on their next total  purchase. This coupon can be used on any REGULAR priced item. Sales and Clearance items are not available to be purchased with this coupon,

Lone Star yarn does not give refunds, or partial credit on custom made merchandise.

Lone Star Yarn, owner, or manager on duty has the discretion to allow or pull item/items of custom made merchandise on or off shelves and website. If items were pulled a written notice will be given as to why.
