Description
The Block and Off Set Shell is the perfect block to practice your newly learned skills to work. This block will utilize chains, single, and double crochet. It is also the very beginning of learning a design pattern.
Block and Off Set Shell stitch makes for a very pretty sleeve on a shirt or repeat the pattern more often to make a nice afghan.
Materials
Dk weight yarn is preferred, you could go with Sport (this will turn it into a delicate baby Afghan), or a Worsted (which will make this much bigger, heavier, and warmer.
Hook to match the yarn weight.
Scissors
Stitch Markers
Pencil and notebook.
