Shipping Policy:

We do our best to mail out all orders within 2 business days of placement. If we expect delays past this point for any reason, we will contact you with additional information.

Most orders are shipped USPS First Class. We will be looking into International shipping as the store becomes more established.  If you need it fast, please call the shop at (682) 558-0420 to confirm that we have your items and will be able to get them packed and to the post office the same day.

By special request, we can also ship UPS and FedEx. Please call or email us with your order if you need us to mail items to you via one of these methods.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is packaged. This will be updated once the package leaves our store. Please be aware that tracking is generated before the order leaves us – if you receive a shipping notice on a Saturday or Sunday, for example, it may not reach the post office until our Monday pick-up.

 

Coming Soon/Special Orders:

Coming Soon are fibers that have been ordered for in-store, delivery and eCommerce services. Holds on coming soon items are not taken. Requests for extra coming soon items can be placed.

Special Orders are not items found normally in store, and will be held for 30 days for pickup, before refund minus 15% restock fee and placed on shelves for sale.

Order and receiving time frame for both Coming Soon and Special Orders is anywhere between 2-4 weeks and are subject to vendors supplies.  Refunds and exchanges are same as in store purchases.

 

In-store pick-up/Delivery:

Once the store front location is open for business we will offer In-Store pick-up. As right now, we can offer Delivery on purchase made before 2:00 pm. When choosing either of the methods, a confirmation of order will be sent either by email or text.

For In-store pick up please be sure to have confirmation on hand as proof of purchase.

 

Returns & Exchanges: 

We are happy to accept returns for store credit, or exchanges of any yarn, purchased from our store, that is still in the condition in which it was sold (hanks cannot be accepted for return or exchange once they are wound and we cannot accept a return or exchange of any yarn that has been knit/crocheted/woven with) within 3 months of purchase. Returns for a refund (instead of store credit) are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We cannot refund any shipping costs unless there is an error in your order, and you will be responsible for shipping costs to and from us on exchanges. For needles, books, looms and other accessories we can only accept returns or exchanges postmarked within 10 days of purchase.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on digital products (pattern pdfs, downloadable books, etc.). Sale items (excluding coupon discounts) are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
